Installed a pair of Summit Racing Street & Strip mufflers on my Crown Vic. Sounds wicked nasty, if nothing else.
Anyone else have some good exhaust sounds to share?

Sounds AWESOME mate :) Do I spot some "OCHO"-stripes on it as well?

That sounds great. Those 4.6 engines sure can burble and spit, even if you only play around in the sub-200 whp range. Speed is partially a perception anyway.. :)

The similarity was initially accidental, but a friend thought it was intentional and gave it a nickname that stuck; Bernie the Hate Barge.

I was planning on using electronic cutouts, but then I heard the Summit mufflers on Youtube, saw the price, and decided to go with the cheaper option because I'm poor and impatient. Jealous of your cutouts though, I'll bet those sound amazing!

The cats kinda ruin it. But it doesn't sound half bad.

I love in the video where you open it up and it goes from "driving gramma to Tom Thumb" to "consuming the souls of children."

Here's the upgrade I did to the Montego last summer. It's a before and after video. Stationary, just revving up the 2 exhaust set ups.
you can skip to about 43 seconds if you don't want to hear the wimpy single exhaust. I really get into it on the dual exhaust. I went to a true dual Super 44 Flowmaster set up. I still love just listening to it.
